Being a blogger, I’ve taken thousands and thousands of photos. My love for photography didn’t start with my blog though. Before, I would always load up my phone to maximum storage capacity with all the photos I took. That problem still occurs even though I have a DSLR camera now too. My phone is loaded with photos, my computer is almost full with photos, and I have multiple SD cards with stored photos. Basically, I have photos taking up space everywhere.
My problem is that I HATE deleting photos. I get attached to the hundreds of photos I take of my dogs and the ocean (which is mainly what I take photos off). I also hate deleting photos from my DIY projects. Even though my website is like a scrapbook and I can always go on it to see past photos, I still like to keep a backup set in case my site ever crashes, knock on wood. But having photos scattered across different devices can get confusing and become difficult to remember what is where.
Say hello to the Picture Keeper Connect, my friends. It’s the perfect device that plugs into both phones and computers and allows you to keep ALL of your photos! Yes, you can keep the 135 photos of your dog in one pose because they are all cute. Now let me tell you how this little device works and be sure to scroll to the bottom of this post for a discount code!
For your phone/tablet
- Download the app and create a free account.
- Plug in the device.
- Click “Start Backup” and choose which photos, videos, and contacts you want to store.
For your computer
- Plug in the device.
- Locate the drive icon and open it.
- Click “Start Backup” and choose which photos, videos, and even Facebook and email attachments you want to store.
It’s really that simple and it’s pretty quick too, depending on the amount you are backing up. Plus, you don’t need Wifi OR data to use it! Picture Keeper Connect works for both Apple and Android devices and Macs and Windows. It comes with an adapter cord for Android devices. It can also work for older and non-compatible devices by plugging your phone or tablet into a computer and transferring the files that way.

I didn’t realize exactly how many photos of my pups I have until I scrolled through the files that were backed up on the app. All photos were super cute and definitely needed to be kept. I mean look at those faces, they are so photogenic!
It took me less than 10 minutes to backup the photos and videos on both my phone and computer. This device is so much more than just a “USB drive”. If I were to use a regular USB drive (for my computer because I don’t know how I’d hook a regular one up to my phone) then it would have taken me at least an hour to go through all of my files/photos. With the Picture Keeper Connect, the process is extremely easy and time saving. It allows me to spend more time actually taking photos instead of trying to figure out how to back up all those photos. I can easily keep every single photo I take from now on, how cool is that?
If you’re a photographer, blogger, newlywed, traveller, parent, or just like keeping memories, this device is perfect for you. Use the code SweetTeal to get 40% OFF the Picture Keeper website and start saving all of your photos too!
