Good evening, lovies! I have a new cosmetics line to share with you that I absolutely love. It’s called Adel Amor and it was created by Alexandra Nicole, founder of Ivory Closet, a women’s clothing store which I’ve talked about before. She created lip products, brushes, blushes, powders, liners, CC creams, concealer, brow products, foundation, and even a micro-derm scrub all for Adel Amor Cosmetics.
One of the newer products is the contour palette, my favorite! It has the perfect shades and doesn’t make me breakout, which a lot of bronzers and blushes do. You can mix the shades to create the perfect colors for your skin tone and at $35 it’s a steal.
When I wear lip color, it’s usually either a nude or deep red. Drastic difference, I know. I absolutely love plum, dark red, and maroon lips. Adel Amor’s Deep Red Waterproof Lipliner is a great shade that lasts. I love how pigmented it is and how easily it glides on.
The third product I’ve tried is the Illuminating Pen. I like to put it on my cheekbones for a highlight. The best part is that it’s hypoallergenic, mineral oil-free, wax-free, dye-free, and paraben-free. Great for my sensitive skin. It also helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and make you look younger!
Check out the online boutique and shop these items yourself and while you’re at it, get a new outfit too! Pssst..use the code ADELAMOR15 to get 15% all makeup products! Or if you’re feelin’ lucky you can enter the giveaway at the end of this post for a chance to win a $50 gift card.
I wore this makeup look with a neutral colored, safari-esque outfit. I wanted the lips to really pop and be the focal point.
These shorts are different from anything I’ve owned and I love wearing them with just about everything. Plus they are linen along with the jacket, one of my absolute favorite materials to wear.
On this day, Will and I were sick of doing the same things we always do so we decided to drive down Alligator Alley. The Alley is a stretch of road in the Everglades that goes directly across the state of Florida. It takes you from Naples to Fort Lauderdale. There’s a whole lot of nothing and the only thing to do is look on the side of the roads for alligators. There are canals on each side of the road that they usually swim in but it can be tricky to spot one. About at the halfway point there are spots you can pullover and walk down a few docks.
We arrived around sunset and the view was gorgeous. It was so nice to do something different and observe the beauty of Mother Nature (although we didn’t get to see any gators).

I received the makeup products for free but all of my opinions are my own, always! Thank you to Ivory Closet for sponsoring this post!
