Wrinkles, dark circles, dryness, puffiness, the list of under eye skin problems goes on and on. I have dark, purple under eyes and have had them for as long as I can remember. In the morning, my eyes are at their puffiest. I’ve been taking a huge interest in my skin and protecting, preventing, and fixing it. Trying new products is the way to figure out what works best for your skin but having sensitive and acne-prone skin can make trying new products difficult.
I’ve figured out ingredients in certain products that just don’t work with my skin so it makes trying new products easy because I know what to avoid. One product in particular that I have been using to help my under eyes is the T2 Oxygen Eye Cream O2.5 by VIIcode. It works with my sensitive skin and feels soothing and silky.
Let me start by sharing the key ingredients; chamomile, avocado, vitamins, and antioxidants.
Chamomile: It is hypoallergenic (important for me) and it has natural antioxidants and essential oils. Some of it’s properties include being anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiseptic, and anti-fungal. It also helps to reduce skin irritants.
Avocado: This is an ingredient I’m glad to see because it has SO many benefits (other than tasting delicious). It is a great source of antioxidant carotenoids like vitamin C and vitamin E. It provides protection for your skin from environmental damages that often leads to fine lines, wrinkles, and other visible signs of aging.
Vitamins + Antioxidants: These ingredients are necessary for the creation of elastion and collagen. These two bind your skin cells together and maintain their firmness and structure.
When these good-for-you ingredients come together, it makes for the perfect eye cream.
As stated in the description on their site, “The T2 Oxygen Eye Cream revolutionizes conventional skin care with breakthrough creative self-repairing and innovative self-healing energy that instantly activates the skin’s natural repair system.” Doesn’t that sound wonderful? I truly have been loving this eye cream and how lightweight it is. I put it on at night and a little bit in the morning under my makeup.
The bottle also comes with a built-in crescent activation strip. You first gently massage your eye area with it and then apply the cream. It’s pretty cool.
As for my results so far, my under eye dark circles did get a bit lighter and my wrinkles under my eyes are starting to diminish. I’ve really noticed when I smile, the wrinkles on the outer edges of my eyes are less noticeable. I’m not wearing any makeup in either of the above photos (don’t mind the eyelash extensions in the bottom) and they are both unedited. I can’t wait to see the results after a few months of use. It’s never too early to start fighting against wrinkles and preventing them.
Skincare is something that everyone should be into. Who wants to have thin, wrinkly, and broken skin at any point in their life? I know I’d prefer the best skin I can achieve and using quality products to do that.
