ometimes we get so caught up in work that we don’t make time for friends or fun. We drive ourselves crazy until we get burned out. It’s so important to take a little time and relax and catch up with friends. I’m guilty of always being too busy but have been trying to make more time to spend with those I love and enjoy their company.
Recently, I rounded up a few of my girlfriends and we had a sunset beach picnic, complete with Line 39 Wine. The sunset was the most beautiful I’ve seen in a while and the time I got to share with friends was much-needed. We brought some fruit and crackers to munch on while we watched the sun go down and sipped our wine.
I’ve always loved having wine nights with friends and I’m so glad that I’ve finally found a great go-to wine. Not only is Line 39 Wine an incredible value coming in at around $11, but it tastes superior to those in its price range. At our picnic we tried the Line 39 Cabernet Sauvignon and Line 39 Sauvignon Blanc. I’m a white wine kind of girl and so is my friend Ricci so we stuck to what we loved. The Sauvignon Blanc had aromas of grapefruit and lemon, making for a crisp and clean taste. Mary prefers red (not only because she’s a redhead) but said the Cabernet Sauvignon was her favorite. It has flavors of currant, blackberry and ripe plum with hints of dark chocolate (yes!).
Line 39 Wines come from vineyards located in some of the most prestigious wine growing regions in California. Their goal is to show wine consumers that good wine doesn’t always come with a hefty price tag and they really accomplished that goal. They are Wine & Spirits Magazine’s Top Brand of the Year winner! Try for yourself and you’ll know why.
I’ve been trying to go on more picnics recently, I’ve forgotten how nice it is to just lay outside and be in the moment. So grab a few friends, slow down, and do something you enjoy. Whether it be a beach picnic, a walk through a park, or a movie night in, trust me, you need it more than you know.
