I was craving something sweet and something healthy and decided to make both. I combined strawberries, chocolate, sugar, cinnamon, and a tortilla. Let me warn you, it is delicious. So without further ado, here’s how you make it.
Wrap your tortilla up like a burrito. If you need to know how to wrap a burrito, go to Moe’s Southwest Grill, I have learned how to wrap one just by watching my boyfriend roll them so much. He has about 6 years experience in the burrito rolling business. Boy they can roll them fast at Moe’s too.
After wrapping you can coat your burrito in melted butter and then stick it in the sugar and cinnamon mixture and get it nice and covered.
Then your ready for the stove. Put your burrito in a pan on the stove on medium heat. Let it sit until it gets golden brown on both sides. This helps the chocolate chips melt on the inside.
Next you put the burrito on a plate, coat it in chocolate syrup and EAT. Orrrrr you can put it in the fridge and to get it cold and eat it like that. Either way is yummy. I dipped mine in more chocolate syrup and ate it both hot and cold. The chocolate syrup with it hot made it taste amazing though.0
