If you’re not one to paint, you can use marble tiles to achieve a similar look for less than a marble slab would cost. While you’re in the kitchen, you can organize your pantry because most million dollar homes are well organized.

A cheaper and easier way to achieve the expensive look of crown molding is to go with foam. There are zero power tools needed and pretty much anyone can do it! I know how much of a hassle actual crown molding can be, I’ve helped my dad put it up at his house and it’s complicated. Â Not to mention it can cost hundreds.
